Automatic photography, automatic photo saving, and real-time visibility of progress status; Store photo information in the database for easy retrieval; Provide a field of view image browsing function, which can achieve functions such as field of view positioning, backtracking, and re taking photos.

6. Automatic statistics and analysis

The system automatically identifies particles, analyzes particle categories, and calculates particle parameters. Simultaneously supporting arbitrary browsing of data and images, as well as permanent saving for review; Support particle editing/splitting/reassembly; Support shadow correction and improve recognition accuracy; Support inter frame particle detection technology to ensure accurate particle size. 7. Reliable and secure data exchange function

All raw images and statistical data will be automatically stored for easy review in case of any issues. All particle data can be quickly browsed, located, and sorted. 8. Professional cleanliness inspection report

Three types of reports can be output: full particle report, reflective particle report, and individual particle report. Support template based report generation mode, including statistical data, ratings, filter panorama, maximum particle size photo and other information. Supports comprehensive reports for all particles, as well as generating separate reports for non reflective particles, reflective particles, fibers, and individual particles.
